The Lodges

Outside Lodge No 1Waken to bird song in one of our five lodges set in the picturesque woodlands of the raspberry and strawberry growing areas of Strathmore. An area that has been an inspiration to many an artist and writer.

A good retreat for gatherings of walking, shooting, fishing or family groups. Each lodge has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room; they are well equipped, including washing machines and dishwashers, as well as digital television, and lodges with gas central heating. Two  of the lodges also have wood stoves.

Here you will have time to appreciate beautiful surroundings in the heart of Perthshire, the so-called "Big-Tree Country." There are any number of walks in the area, whether you are looking for relaxation, eye-catching wildlife or stunning views, the renowned Glens of Angus are a short distance away.The river Tay is also a local attraction, whether you are a keen fisherman, complete beginner, or simply want to enjoy the spectacular riverside views, there is something for everyone. Shooting and stalking parties are also welcome, and both of these sports may be found locally.

There are over 50 golf courses with Glenisla, Strathmore and the famous Rosemount courses being on the doorstep. St Andrews, Carnoustie and Gleneagles are within an hours drive.Inside Lodge
